Google Bad Review 1: Quick to request payments, slow to provide the paid-for work.
Ineffective legal letters, and only advise when their work brings no benefit is to pay many times more for legal action – thousands of pounds out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it unfortunately. When signing up for the work it was suggested to be an “easy” case. Cant recommend for IP law cases.
EDIT: I received a phone call from the business “suggesting” (plainly put, asking) that I amend this review as it is “incomplete” (although at time of writing it was entirely accurate). I now note the work was completed, after the review was written, though it took longer than expected. I also note that being phoned to have it suggested I change my review (told it was “misleading”, it was not) has given me a much lower opinion of Harper James, that is a strange way for a business to conduct itself.
