Google Bad Review 1: Still awaiting results and a receipt for the blood test I had done on the 1st October. When i enquired and booked the test i was told i'd receive the results on the 4th which is why i booked with them in the first place. When i didn't receive any results on the 4th i asked them to clarify when i'd actually receive them. I was told they'd chase and get back to me, but i've received no communication since. It is now the 12th! I've tried contacting them repeatedly, but they're impossible to get hold of. They don't reply to emails and don't respond to voicemails/calls. Extremely unprofessional, avoid.
