Google Bad Review 1: I went there with my friends during the national Chinese holiday, and the Bayswater store has 15%off discount because it was newly opened. The staff when cleaning up the food at the end of the dinner was too in a rush and too careless, flipped over the drinks on my friends white pants, which was okay. But the problem is how they handle the crisis and the customer service. The staff said she will give us a good discount, at the end the receipt came, it is the original 15% discount plus service fees. My friend was confused that where was other discount, the staff said she couldn’ provide more discount….This is how they handle with customer service. If you couldn’t give discount, just keep it, don’t promis your customer. Bad hot pot experience.

Google Bad Review (2): Rude staff.. we had half the things not available from our order. And staff further said “if you are not happy don’t come here again” , who says that.
That too to a regular customer. Had ignored the staff behavior before but this time it’s just not acceptable.
