Google Bad Review 1: Very bad customer service, they keep passing you to different people and you'll never get through to anyone at end! Booked a container, the day after they sent me an email saying that my booking was cancelled due to missing rate agreement! This is while I booked based on the quote I got and step by step as on the website and if any mandatory field was missing I could not even go through. Several times contacted them with no success, they first told me to contact the Malaysian office where I got the cancellation email from, Malaysian office said I should call the UK sales office, UK sales office does not pick up and does not respond to emails as well. It's just nightmare!
