Google Bad Review 1: I am writing this review as an anonymous person. Firstly, these people are fake. When I went to get my consultation, from the very beginning on the chair, their was a small PERIOD STAIN. Lauren (one of the employees) just ignored it and then touched my face with the same gloves!! In addition to this, none of the members actually know anything about skin-they just have a qualification to use these machines. Very disappointing. This is very unhygienic and extremely unprofessional. It may seem luxurious and elegant on the outside, but it is very cheap and low class quality that is made to seem aesthetically pleasing. They buy cheap food from Tesco's and serve it on a pretty plate/tea cup. After my first session on my face Lauren said oh my gosh you can already see a difference.” Yes Lauren, of course you can- my face is RED and then she started taking pictures in different lighting as if it had magically improved after my treatment. Logically speaking, this is ridiculous. They do have a lot of influencers in- only to promote them and in return, they get free treatments. A lot of people are fooled by this and their fake smiles. I can't seem to understand why I was continuously being shown pictures of the owner, Shireen- who had a lot of work done herself. Please DO NOT WASTE your money here. You can get better quality and treatment from real people elsewhere. And, you can go to people who genuinely do have knowledge about the skin instead of people who pretend like they do. A very delayed review- but an honest one!

Google Bad Review (2): My experience with Hannah London was awful!!

To begin with, they forgot about my laser removal appointment so I had reschedule.

second, after having consultation session with Dr. Kaywaan Khanand about TCA peel, he told me that according to my skin condition I only need one session and after 2-3 months I will see the result. Now looking at the before and after pictures of my skin, after four months NO difference!!
When I spoke to Dr. Kaywaan Khan (Director of Hannah) and told him that I'm not happy with the result he got so upset and told me “you questioned my work!! and if you are not happy with our services you should no longer be our client!!! “. He was so rude to me and so unprofessional, I was shocked by his reaction!! In my opinion he is an amateur in the field that unfortunately is not open to negative feedback.
Finally, the cleanliness of the clinic is also questionable as I’ve never seen them changing the towels and sheets after each client!!!!
Checking reviews on Treatwell website found out that some clients have had the same experience as mine. I wish I did more research before choosing this clinic. 🙁
