Google Bad Review 1: And this is being generous, a really poor service.
I crossed london today with a 1hr 15 min drive to get to the premises where the work was to be carried out in good time for my allocated time slot of between 4pm – 5pm given to me the previous day when booked.
I called Handyman at 4:3pm to get an estimated time of arrival and was told he was running late but will be with me between 5 and 6 pm.
Called again at 5.15pm and was told he will now get to me closer to 6pm.
At 5:50 I get a call and told nobody would be coming to carry out my work my work today as his previous job was running over.
I could have been told this earlier to aim at trying to find somebody else.
A wasted 4hours of travelling and waiting and no offers of a time slot for the nest day.
If Handyman is unable to assist please do not waste costumers valuable time.
Stay clear of the these guys I would not even call them a company.
Totally disappointed.
