Google Bad Review 1: They do not deserve a star. They did a really bad job cutting the hedge. When I rang them to tell them about it the lady that answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): THEFT DO NOT USE . The theft includes valuable plants (both monetary and sentimental). I understand theft is a big claim – though a nearly 5ft plant 1ft wide cant walk out of the garden on its own! I have asked for the before and after photos several times over email and phone and they have not shared them. They are not answering my calls or emails. The photos will show how poorly they stacked up the pots which they broke and I'm sure some missing items. They knowingly stole form an old man who was in hospital taking age as a lack of faculty. They offered for the gardener to come and “look us in the eye” which my dad has taken as a threat. PLEASE they have caused such hurt and aren't willing to even engage if you have any issues they will not help. I wish I had read previous reviews. Get a gardener through personal recommendation not from these people. If they just return the one plant grown by my deceased mum that I begged my dad to keep I will be happy. I don't care about the other stuff that they tried to blame on a cleaner (on foot who couldn't even lift the thing let alone carry it out the door). I never write reviews but these people are awful. Truly. Just read the reviews and make up your own mind. My surprise for my dad for when he came out of hospital has just broken us all.
