Google Bad Review 1: I was rushed through the treatment. The young therapist was not happy when I was asking questions about the laser.
I wasn't given any goggles, which I thought was legally compulsory for laser treatments. I wasn't even advised to close my eyes. I was told by the ‘therapist' that they weren't required and that she was in a hurry. At this point I was uneasy, as she came across as very inexperienced and unprofessional.
After the treatment I tried to call the manager,(with whom I had originally made the appointment), but couldn't get through to her. There was one other staff member there and she pretended to be a customer in an effort to get me to leave, only to be then told that she worked there. The young therapist was laughing and they were sniggering behind my back and speaking in Arabic. I told them that I would be certainly be speaking to the manager/owner about how uncomfortable they had made me feel as a customer, and their total lack of professionalism.
I managed to get through to the manager on the phone and told her what had happened. She was unapologetic and told me it was the first time there had been a complaint. I had only told the truth so I'm horrified!

Google Bad Review (2): For the love of yourself do not go here. The owner/manager does not seem to understand discretion and wants you to state your private business very openly in front of all and sundry, so for example if you want laser hair removal on your nether regions be sure there will be an audience. I have had to ask to speak to her privately myself with her lacking the professionalism and simple common sense. Let's assume you bypass this cringe worthy stage and get to the point of laser, she will singe your skin by the inappropriate gel to skin ratio. Basically she is tight with her usage of gel which forms a protective barrier for your skin against the excruciatingly painful laser beams. I have had to say that's too hot many times throughout various appointments. The cheap prices have been the only reason I have returned. She is also quite prying and nosey and it is not somewhere you would like to go unless desperate, which I was. She is also quite keen to suggest you laser your entire coo coo as it is cleaner. She is not someone you want dabbling around anywhere near there. It's cheap but sure as hell ain't cheerful. Stick to waxing or keep your bush.
