Google Bad Review 1: I have no idea what's going on with the management of this place at the moment but it has gone drastically downhill and unfortunately I will never order from here again.
I ordered 3 pizzas and was delivered 3 entirely different pizzas. I rang the shop to let them know. They said they would resend the new pizzas and they would be here in 25 minutes. He said he would leave the original 3 pizzas but as I told him they weren't vegetarian so wouldn't be eaten. We received our new pizzas 55 minutes later to find them squashed and all of the toppings on the lid of the box. I called back with a “oh, sorry, it's me again”. When I told him the issue his response was a sigh and “what do you want me to do about it?” In a very rude tone. I said a partial refund would be acceptable. he went off into a rant about us already having 3 free pizzas off him. I reminding him that they were meat and we couldn't eat then. In the end I just said I didn't want to argue and I would just not eat there anymore.
It's a shame as the pizzas are decent when not squashed and cold.

Google Bad Review (2): I try to support local businesses the best I can.
It’s now been 50 minutes and the item that was missing from my order isn’t here yet.
When I originally called and asked they offered me a credit or the dessert – I asked for the dessert.
Another 30 mins past and no delivery so I called and asked for an update, the first girl said they don’t have any…. useful… a guy then comes on and says we sent it to you – low and behold I don’t have any dessert delivered.
He said he would call the driver and call me back… that was 20 minutes ago… I’ve called back three times, 1st time it rang out; 2nd time they disconnected it, 3rd time it rang out.
Basically they are absolutely useless – the pizza itself wasn’t even anything special, 3/10.
Edit: the owner (I assume) dropped off my Banoffee pie! But actually wait it was tiramisu. It has got to the point now where I just give up, how can you be so bad?
