Google Bad Review 1: These people are so bad it's nearly criminal. We rented our flat out with them and they told us the tenants would be there at noon on a certain day to get the keys. At 7am that day, I was woken up by a noise…the tenants breaking into the flat with a locksmith! Apparently the agent didn't pass the message on that they were to be there at noon. Ok, these things happen. But we had agreed to rent the flat out fully furnished, and the tenants came with a moving van at 7am to take out our furniture!! The nasty female agent (Rachel, I believe) couldn't have cared less. Basically, just told me ‘the contract is signed, it's a done deal', despite the horrendous violation of contract by these terrible tenants. The people Green & Co found were from hell – they destroyed our flat in the end, painted all the walls weird colours, lost or destroyed many of our belongings, and thank god they cut their contract short and had to move out early. But the whole tenancy was a terrible struggle and the woman at Green & Co had a very nasty attitude about helping us deal with them – she's very arrogant, rude and pushy. Never, ever again!
