Google Bad Review: I waited 1 week for this appointment and was looking forward to it due to being pregnant and having back pain. The reviews on the page seemed great and I was advised Nina was the one to see as she’s experienced with pregnancy chiropractic.
My appointment was meant to be at 16.00 I received a text message at 14.13 which explained that they would be running 10minutes late, which was good.
I arrived at the front desk at 15.55 and the lovely receptionist stated that they were running late and stated that it was a 10minute wait and to kindly take a seat.
I had other plans to do in the evening so I was mentally prepared for waiting 10-15minutes. It reached 16.25 and still no sign from Nina, at this point I waited 30minutes.
I walked up to the receptionist who said it could still take quite a while, and at this point I kindly asked whether I could get my booking deposit back.
The deposit is £25 and the whole first time fee is £95. I’m sorry but if I’m paying for something then I expect a certain level of service! £95 is a lot of money and having to wait that long when I have been more then patient is not on!!
The receptionist did not know how to do the refund and went inside. This is when “customer service professional of the year” Nina walked out. She seemed very annoyed already and decided to tell me that this is a very busy practice and that we deal with very acute patients, some who can’t walk properly. Don’t I wait for the GP or hospital, I kindly told her I don’t pay them and I have waited long enough. She just walked away after this, like just walked away.
I waited 3x the 10minute delay they stated, I have been in agony and waited on this appointment for a while . I was pregnant, tired, sitting on uncomfortable seats and hungry and I get someone who has the audacity to say you could wait longer and walk off!
The reason I’m writing this is because of Nina, had she told me I’m sorry for the wait and it will take another 5minutes or just be polite or anything that a normal person would say to treat a customer I would not be writing this review.
I tried calling back to get the receptionist name (as she was informative with the limit info she had) but spoke to Nina instead as she answered. She was adamant the text said 20 minutes wait which was not the case (I screen shotted it for her info and another illustration on how she could not just own up to it) and still did not understand why I would be angry when I could have just waited. She also did not give me the receptionist name hence calling the lovely girl receptionist. Nina I do think you need to improve your customer service standard and understand that ppl are busy and are paying for a service. The fact that you can’t speaks volume!
You don’t know the level of pain I’m in, don’t blame me for the fact that you are running late excessively and speak to me in a rude manner then walk away. You had another chance to apologise when I called to get the receptionist name but did not and was still stuck on the fact I could have waited! I’m genuinely gutted that I waited for this appointment and be treated like this. Im just glad i got my booking fee back.
Avoid Nina…If I could I would give it 0 stars
