Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service, it may have been a family run business 90 years ago, not now. I order a wardrobe back in March, 4 months wait to deliver, but I thought it was worth it. The plan was for the surveyor to visit to confirm all the details and the delivery 4 weeks after his visit. I was assured they can do it in 4 weeks. However, on the day of the surveyor visit, he cancelled it. He said it would be a quick visit and he could do one evening. I said I need to see samples as I had changed the design. He said he was new and did not have samples. If that was the case I needed to see the designer again. Well I knew what was going to happen, more delays. I said I need to speak to customer service, after 4 days trying to get through, someone called me. She offered another date two weeks later and a further two weeks delay for delivery. It was really a matter of, do you want it or not? I want to cancel my order. She said ok I will do that now, and the USUAL anything else I can do to help? So I wasted 4 long months and have to start the whole process again. Obviously they probably take as many order as possible and then just drop the ones they can’t fulfil. Just like any other unscrupulous business in the high street.
