Google Bad Review 1: Took my car here the next morning for repairs after it had failed the mot at a different test centre but they wanted to me to pay £50 to diagnose an issue which I had already told them about. On top of that they told me I was getting a good deal because it usually costs £95, and also wanted me to leave my car with them for the rest of the day. I asked them roughly how long it would take and they said they don't know and they were so rude as if I was wasting their time. Google Bad Review (2): Bookt some car checks for saturday 1.30 pm, they phone me around 10am and ask me if i can leaveit for monday because there is not enough staff. I said ok.
On Monday at 7am i left the car and i ask the guy if can i come to collect the car at 1.30 pm, he said is ok, plenty of time.
I come at 1.30 to get the car and surprise. They didn't finish the checks after 5h they done some checks wich you can do it in 20min like collant level, brake lights and stuf.
They had to check my ac aswell because my ac was not working.
Thei told me: -Your ac is not workin.
I ask them what is the problem? And they said they don't know yet because thei have to put the ac on presure test.
I tuck my car and left.
Very disappointed. After 5h they did not complete even 40% checks.
