Google Bad Review: Took my car here the next morning for repairs after it had failed the mot at a different test centre but they wanted to me to pay £50 to diagnose an issue which I had already told them about. On top of that they told me I was getting a good deal because it usually costs £95, and also wanted me to leave my car with them for the rest of the day. I asked them roughly how long it would take and they said they don't know and they were so rude as if I was wasting their time.
