Again you’re lying stating that I was never told I’d receive a refund, when this was told to me in person and via txt.
Case in point. Liars. Unprofessional.

Firstly, the attitude in the salon is extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional; but that’s another story. The real issue I’ve had with hairbyanais regards a deposit refund which I’ve had to chase down for an entire month! I was supposed to receive a hair service and the deposit for this service was paid upon booking my appointment. The wrong date was booked due to a system error and so we rescheduled and ultimately cancelled the appointment during our salon encounter. I’ve had to chase her down via txt and Instagram dm for my refund, and was told each time that I would be receiving my refund shortly I was even lied to at one point and told that my money had been returned to my PayPal account. Obviously PayPal would’ve been able to verify this if it were the case; needless to say, it wasn’t and I had to open a case to receive my refund finally. These people are liars and again completely unprofessional. I absolutely would never recommend hairbyanais
