Google Bad Review 1: After being a regular customer for quite some time I was so disappointed when prices were steeply raised without notice by £10 for a basic follow up trim. When I queried why the price had been so dramatically raised I was told that it was because of the negative financial impact that covid19 had had upon her business after the initial lockdown.

Understandably I was sympathetic but when I asked why I wasn't told about the increase before I had sat in the seat or why the increased price wasn't on display I was met by a barrage of insults and totally shocked that a professional person running her own business could display such a bad attitude towards her regular clients.

Needless to say I refused to pay the full amount but left a fair tip on top of the regular pre covid19 asking price for sympathy alone.

I had used Freda for quite some time but wasn't ever overly impressed with her attitude even on a good day. However, I persevered because of my proximity to the shop.

I can't say that was ever truly happy with the cuts and trims that I had paid for and in the end the extortionate prices for a basic cut on top of an extremely bad attitude was too much for me and was the deciding factor why I would never use this shop again.

In short, if you have money to burn for basic overpriced overpriced cuts then this is the place for you. If you don't then go somewhere else just as I do now.

Overpriced and bad attitudes toward clients isn't good for business. Glad I made the decision to never go back. My advice, beware and ask for a price before you take a seat, because then you might not be so disappointed!!

Google Bad Review (2): I paid 200GBP for a Balayage and left the shop with fully COPPER hair., meaning all my hairs from dark brown became copper. Definitely unsuccessful Balayage. I don't recommend.
