Google Good Review: Such an amazing groomers, they are so great with nervous dogs and I feel so happy leaving mine with them knowing he is in a safe and calm environment. He also always has the prefect groom from them.

Google Bad Review: rang the new Salon to see if they could do a groom for my 7kg Lhasa apso. The receptionist had to ask twice what breed? I asked the price between £55-60 when the normal rate is £40 the fact that they had no clue on the breed was worrying as each dog needs to be groomed in a certain way . in addition 30% more than usual rates with possibly inexperienced and unqualified personnel would lead to torture for the dog. To many inexperienced parties entering the industry with new shops a good groomer is important. I will stick to the groomers I know in Hertfordshire who have won many accolades . I understand that the rates maybe higher in London as overheads are higher but the standard should be better so what would they charge for a St Bernards then ? £300 or more ? Another business doomed to fail
