Google Bad Review 1: THE WORST ESTATE AGENCY I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with.
I am a Landlord and have been paying a 6% monthly fee for a rent collection service, up until recently my tenant had stopped paying rent and I have had to pursue the tenant myself to claim back the deposit from the TDS scheme and apply to the small claims court for the rest of the money.
Last week I was awarded the full deposit which had to be paid to Haart first before being passed on to me, upon receiving the deposit I realised it wasn’t the full amount so made a phone call to request the outstanding amount. Only to be told they are keeping 6% for rent collection service even though they haven’t collected the rent which is why I had to spend all my spare time chasing the tenants myself !!
I then escalated the issue to a senior member of staff who told me it doesn’t matter whether they collect the rent or not and if I win the court case for the additional months rent they will invoice me for 6% of that money too !!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS !!!!
DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Had extremely bad experience when dealing to buy 6 studley court, Redbridge 2 bed, IG4 5AL flat. Buyer keeps increasing prices even after accepting the offer. Even after 9 months of accepting the offer, prices raised twice and in the end, 9 months later property put back on market on 14/5/2016. It seems now the right move ad has been removed as it was put on right move early 2015. A new one will be posted to his the past!
Suggest anyone who wants to buy this property be ready to end up facing these issues.
