Google Bad Review 1: If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but on this occasion I feel like I really have to just because of how we was treated.
My grandma has just passed away, and I called these guys to try and arrange the funeral.
The guy we spoke to was so rude its actually quite unbelievable.
We've never had a really close death in the family so we weren't sure on what we needed to do.
He was so unhelpful and rude he was even eating whilst he was speaking to us.
The rudeness was unbelievable and I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. He Didn't help us one bit, and was not even responding to our questions.
Very bad service especially when we are grieving the loss of a loved one.
