Google Bad Review 1: What a joke of a wholesaler. Wish I'd checked Googe before my family went with them because I had a similar problem to a previous reviewer. Once they have your money good luck to you because the service is pretty much none existent after that.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely poor level of service. Purchased full kitchen with appliances (top end), initially the level of service was great, explained products and fitting/choices in detail hence we decided to go with them. Once they had our money, the service dropped. Couple of issues with the design, yes this our responsibility for checking this and getting this right, but spending almost 20k you would expect the this to be highlighted at some point before the units arrived. Onsite visits were made but nothing was stated then either as this could have been changed at that point. Fitting day arrived, island units were made larger than expected. Spoke to HEP and was told “this is the size you ordered, and this is reflected on your diagram” to correct this you will need pay an additional £400. WoW! Ok, I thought FairPlay its our mistake as we should have noticed it but for an kitchen supplier not to point this out to us prior and during site visit is totally unacceptable. Now another issue, kitchen Handing cupboards, these do not come with an top level plinth, spoke to HEP again and was told this is how they come and you did not purchased this. I was told to make adhoc changes myself and paint…..WoW x2!!! Where am I going to find the same design/colour as my cupboards?? You supplied the lower level plinth but not the top?? Why would this not have been stated at the time so I could have opted in to make the purchase so I could get the same design/colour?
I feel I that I have been had here and I will not be recommending them to any of my friends and family. I am willing to go further and highlight this on Social Media so others are aware of this is potentially flaw/lack of knowledge in the business.
A VERY Disaapointed customer to say the least!
