Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs. The only thing they are truly concerned about is money, and pumping out memberships instead of treating customers right. I was unwell in December and missed a payment; when I contacted them in the new year to settle the payment, I simply enquired whether the charges could be waived for that period and they immediately cancelled my account. Not my loss though – the gym was becoming more and more overcrowded and it was virtually impossible to get booked on to classes or work out properly on the gym floor after work. You're better off joining Virgin Active, Nuffield Health or the Better Gyms close by instead of wasting your money on this pretentiously overpriced gym.

Google Bad Review (2): For the money – £60 a month – this gym represents poor value. Whilst the staff are friendly and competent they are supporting a gym that has some shady business practices:
1) The “free classes” are simply there to surround the reception desk and new member signing area with busy classes during peak enquiry times. There are so many members it is impossible to do the one-day-ahead-at-6am booking on the badly designed website;
2) The company makes a lot of money from the “Very Personal Trainers” some of who are selfish treat normal members with contempt.
3) Whilst the gym looks well equipped, it is often missing basic handles, ropes and clips so you are often left waiting.
On a daily basis you can often find some members occupying exercise equipment whilst they sit on it using their smartphone, causing everyone else to wait.
