Google Bad Review 1: From my experience, do not sign up. Firstly, it’s overcrowded at peak times and pretty messy considering what you pay. The other Gymbox gyms in the city which are newly refurbished are much better with the best equipment going, but still far too overcrowded. Secondly, enter into the contract under a minimum term you feel comfortable with and completely disregard any exit clauses. They will make your life extremely hard to exit. After being made redundant I tried to exit the contract as per their terms and conditions upon signing up. I’ve been provided with extremely poor customer service/feedback since, and they’ve essentially tried to bully me into paying the remaining amounts via debt collection agencies even when i’m perfectly within my rights under contract. They are now lying to the agency (who are surprisingly far more helpful than Gymbox!) to try and claim back the money. They will no doubt fabricate a response justifying their actions underneath this review. Be warned!

Google Bad Review (2): Wish I could give zero stars. Crowded, extremely overpriced, and poor contract terms. Classes look ok, but can never book a place as all spots are taken
Either join a local chain (Fitness First, PureGym, etc.) Bit busier, but pay HALF! the membership.
Or pay a little more and get a really good gym like Nuffield, Reebox, or private classes.
Promise you that this place is NOT worth it
