Google Bad Review 1: Filthy room, and the waxer reused the same stick the entire time and from the client BEFORE ME! So unhygienic, she also pulled tweezers out of her pocket without disinfecting them? Each wax strip removed was HUGE, and quite painful and no technical skill to it, and half the hair didn't even come out. I can't believe no other reviews mentioned this, risk of infection from double dipping is pretty high and easily avoided. I'm dead scared to get some infection, and I would strongly recommend others to read up on double dipping and ask their beautician not to do it or to ask this salon to change their practices.

Google Bad Review (2): Disappointing first time experience but please note, I didn't actually use their services.
More about the lack of communication as I booked eyebrow threading for 9am on Saturday and receive a call at 8:40am saying the woman doesn't start until 10am?
She did offer me waxing but I can't do that.. disappointing that nothing else was offered and had I known I couldn't get it done at 9am, I would have sought elsewhere.
Super disappointing.
