Google Bad Review 1: I don't tend to review places but I think the owner could do well to consider Section 20 of the 1976 Local Government MIscellaneous Provisions Act, in that toilets should be provided if food and drink is being sold for consumption on the premises. Rather than making up your own rules consider not only UK law but also those who choose to spend money on drinking in your coffee shop. It's highly likely people might need a brief toilet trip and not allowing that, and the attitude toward feedback about this is highly disappointing. Especially regarding those with disabilities (visible and invisible) – it's more than fair to allow people to use a bathroom without needing to ask for some kind of “exception to the rule” of only allowing your patients to use the toilets. I won't personally be bringing my colleagues and friends here but I hope the owner reconsiders their made up rule.

Google Bad Review (2): My flat white was certainly not worth £2.80. My 12 year old niece could make a better one on her first attempt. They could train staff properly before they serve and charge full price. Others have the decency or doing so. First and last visit.
