Google Bad Review 1: beware of the company, they are one of the most unscrupulous people in business, known to have defrauded the tenants and landlords alike. They have recently liquidated their company Four Seasons Properties Ltd and moved the business to this and other registered companies at the same address. They had trashed my property completely and didn't care about the tenants who lost their deposit and were thrown out at a short notice. Had several county court judgement against the previous company and were fined by the Camden and Barnet council for several thousand pounds so declared themselves bankrupt.

Google Bad Review (2): Grosvenor Property were previously four seasons who have liquidated the company and set up in another name as they are scammers. They rent properties under various company names and then sub-let the properties to unsuspecting tenants. All the while they will change all the locks and not pay rent until a court order is sent out (which takes months) and evicts them. I have worked in the property industry for 7 years and they are the most evil scum I have ever met. How we live in a country that allows this to happen is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.
