Google Bad Review 1: In 2013 Groom and Sons undertook a repair to the front gutter roof box of my house. As part of this work I was charged for the replacement of the underlying timbers as these were rotten. Unfortunately despite the repair the damp persisted and after two years of correspondence with Groom and Sons I commissioned a second roofer. When the second roofer removed the felt flat roof he discovered that the original timbers had not been replaced despite that fact that I was charged for this work.
