Google Bad Review: Useless. No customer service in store or any follow-up as promised. Absolute waste of time.
Went in to the office & since there was no immediate ‘how can I help you' etc I had a look at adverts on the wall as I thought maybe the staff were busy but can only linger so long. When I went back to the front desk 1 member of staff had left & the other was reading a novel.
She told me that she couldn't do anything & would take my details & pass them on for a follow on. Not heard anything since.
