Google Bad Review 1: Honestly really consider if this is the place that you want a lay your loved ones. My dad's funeral was great but everything that follows hasn't been.
After buying a plot and having our dad's Ashes planted at a tree, we followed suit and had vases put down, only to discover these have been removed. We asked and got our vases back to be told only one vase is allowed at the tree.
Even though other memorials have more than one vase amongst other things.
We read the deeds and followed the rules and decided to put a wooden surround around my dad's tree with some purple slate inside just to bring the tree to life as it's a very muddy and dull area.
Only to discover today that this has been ripped up, without no warning no phone call I see this as vandalising. The family are very distraught as we wanted to place where we could remember our dad and leave little mementos (flower cards) and Memories to build for our children to celebrate the memories, and this is just been shattered.
We understand it's a green belt, but when you walk around the cemetery you have a look at all the other trees that have things that shouldn't be there and have been there since day one. Why are we treated any differently after we have used natural sources.
It has made us sick to our stomach and we're actually thinking about taking my dad's some where else but we can't.
As a family we wish we really researched into where we are putting our dad's even though we thought we had.
If you just want a plot of land with a tree or a rose bush and one vase then this place is perfect for you.
If you want somewhere where you can leave little mementos and make it look like a beautiful resting place for the family to pay their respect then maybe think again.
They are totally disrespectful, after just ripping and vandalising our dad's grave leaving it a mess for family members to find. Absolutely disgusting.
Another thing to add we noticed metal plants in and around the cemetery. So my uncle decided to put metal plant next to my dads tree, I agree that this isn't following the green belt, but metal flowers purchased from the cemetery are allowed to be in the grounds at £25 pound a flower, how is that fair?

Update
We have been told that what we did, with the wooden surround, was not breaking the deeds, but they don't want other people to follow suit and not do it as nice as what we have, and for them to use materials that they shouldn't. How is that reassuring or fair in any way? I have emailed but not response.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid, avoid, avoid. I wont go into detail on here but also found a staff member very disrespectful and rude – if you must use this place avoid the rude obnoxious Oriental woman. She has no time to talk to you about making arrangements (even though I called prior to arriving and agreed on the time) and is outright rude when you ask questions. She also had the cheek to flirt with my son who eventually joined us and diverted her attention on him completely, disregarding anything i was trying to arrange. Very disrespectful and extremely inappropriate. Not sure if shes after a Visa or just plain disrespectful and desperate. As you can imagine we ended up going elsewhere to arrange the funeral.
