Google Bad Review 1: They failed to refer me to physio and orthopedic after repeated called and GP appointments- they are unable to answer why, I have just waited day in day out with an acute injury and no help.
Tried all possible channels to complain and sort this issue out but if they can't make a simple referral- how will they deal with complaints?
