Google Bad Review 1: Whilst dealing with my late Mother's accounts : communication was unreliable . I felt like my polite requests were being ignored ..I was FINALLY responded to after waiting for eight months for clarification of a final bill which , had the response been made at the time could of been sorted out promptly. The person who should of been dealing with the matter passed it to another and it was insensitive given that my Mother had been recently deceased. The fee charged for the final bill was ridiculous given the small amount of work it entailed. Then whilst going through my historical bank account statement I realised that they were requesting money for an amount that had already been paid !!! Disgusted to be honest and if I could give no stars I would!!
