Google Good Review: My mum has been under this agency for the past 2 years and I can honestly say its has been the best care provider I have come across. They understand my mums condition and cater for her needs. I found it very hard to allow others to look after my mum as I had been caring for her for 4 years so I was very unsure about handing my mums care needs over to others, but it was the most comfortable decision I have ever made as I found the company as a whole exceptional and the manager herself a lovely person who is always willing to go above and beyond for my mums care needs. I would defiantly recommend Golden World Care Service to others!!!

Google Bad Review: Do not agree to Croydon Social Services giving you this care provider. One or two of the carers are nice but Prisilla the manager is rude and the majority of the carers absolutely do not care. They need to be inspected ASAP. They cut corners and do not even provide suitable personal care and leave a mess after every visit. Seems to me that Prisilla takes on too many clients in order to receive the funding and is unable to deliver any acceptable level of service. May God help any vulnerable person who ends up with this provider my heart goes out to you.
