Funny enough the fact that you find it acceptable to reply an e-mail 14 days later like nothing had happened. And as a matter of fact your answer to my review sounded nothing less than gaslighting in my opinion.
And yes, you accepting or not, it was sassy to say ”we will charge you, I hope the above is enough”.
No, you wont charge me, you would charge all the tenants if it was proved that it was misuse, whoever typed the e-mail was clearly targeting me.
I appreciate your answer to this review nearly a month later I posted it but as I said, the delayed answers seems to be a habit.
I would like to reinforce that my state agent Raya is the most professional, polite and understanding person in the whole situation, she was the first one to jump in, apologize for that e-mail that she even mentioned that it sounded ”more harsh than intended to be” and I was more than happy to delete this review as I agreed with her, unfortunately I got distracted with work I didn't delete yet.
She is definitely 6 stars, but the service I got from maintenance was poor and that's my opinion (and I am entitled to have one).

Google Bad Review (2): I booked the flat for a month and the rent was a bit high because it has an AC but when i took the flat the AC wasn’t working i talked with the office they told me they will fix it but no one fixed it the price was high comparing to the other offices for nothing. There was a problem in the rest room the sink was leaking before i took the flat they told me i have to pay for the repairing to fix a problem i never made. The main door of the building was corruption anyone can enter and leave the building which mean there is no safety as usual i asked them to fix it no one did anything
With comparing the office services with the price, the price is too much expensive
