Google Bad Review (2): Was going in to receive treatment for my cat & had blood works & urine tests done.They lost the samples & tried to charge us a consultation fee for having to go in a second time! Once the results came back (almost 2 weeks later) the attending vet was very blase about possible aftercare, the importance of catching this early in order to slow it down was not mentioned at all! Kidney disease was not mentioned AT ALL. All he told me was that there was an anomaly in her kidneys! After moving home i changed Vets and I have since found out my cat has kidney disease, thyroid issues and high blood pressure and apparently this showed up in the results at the time but the vet did not think it to be important enough to tell me! If you are going in for the same treatment please make sure you receive a copy of the results and that the vet takes their time to explain EXACTLY what is wrong and that this is NOT done over a 5 min phone call.
EDIT TO REPLY: I do NOT have the wrong practice as this was 5 min from my home and i know which vets i went to! Do not try and lay the blame elsewhere.
THIS is the vets i attended, THIS is the vets that tried over charging me because of their negligence and THIS is the vets that do not think kidney disease is an issue!!! AVOID!
