Been with this practice for 30 years, they sold it to the vet chain Goddard, the Australian vet should go home, needless proscribed drugs not needed, STAY AWAY, please go back to Australia or maybe they don't want you

Google Bad Review (2): I don’t know what’s going on with other customers and why they are so happy. I had the most cruel experience with the Vet, I have brought my chow chow female dog for the general health check before travelling abroad just to make sure she is okay and have a sign of a doctor in her passport. However, when I came for my appointment, that was delayed by 35 minutes which made me and my dad running late to work. The vet told me my dog had health defects at the back feet, even though she doesn’t because it is chow chow and it’s absolutely normal, this means she didn’t know anything about the breed and it’s physical characteristics. Then when I said that I bought her in Ukraine, she said, “ well maybe because you bought her in Ukraine, her legs are that way with the defects” I was like WTH is this woman saying. She was very racist towards me, my dad and my dog saying dogs from Ukraine are genetically modified. She hasn’t done any treatment or anything to her not even a proof of her health check. I was asked to pay £75 for nothing. I was devastated and so angry that doctors who knows nothing about my dog is gonna chat none sense to me and then telling me to pay so much money for nothing. She told me I need export documents to take my dog outside the UK. I never managed to get it because I was under sufficient time, however I travelled very well with my dog to another side of the world with no a single issue at the border. No officers asked me for any export or even a passport. Everything they do at these Vets is to fool you and rub off your money for nothing.
Strongly don’t recommend taking your pet there as they don’t even know some breeds of the dogs and all they do is talk none sense and force you to pay so much money for nothing.
Never ever again. !!!!
