Google Bad Review: Booked a view, received a confirmation email, no agent showed up.
Called the agency to report the issue and first been told there was no confirmation of that appointment, then once I replied that I did have the confirmation they said someone was there at the time we agreed, which is completely false as I was there 15mins earlier.
Also the property they were advertising for was not furnished and there was no mention of it anywhere on the announcement.
Emailed Sophie asking for explanation and received no answer.
There is plenty of reliable agencies in Ealing, this is not one of them
