Google Bad Review 1: If I could give Go Cleaners 0 stars I would. I booked a deep clean through Go Cleaners provided by Fantastic Services. I booked 7 hours (2 cleaners for 3.5 hours) for my 2 bedroom flat as recommended on booking. I also paid extra for them to provide cleaning materials (as I had wrongly assumed they would bring better products, hoover etc than I owned myself).
The cleaning was poor, the list of tasks listed under deep clean was not undertaken. The cleaning was undertaken using paper towels and Mr Muscle, and with a dirty mop with no bucket and no floor cleaner. The dirty mop was then rinsed in the ‘clean' sink. The cleaners then left 30 minutes early (1 hour of cleaning time). When questioned they said they would let the company know so that we were not charged for this time (they did in all fairness do that).
But the real problems started when I tried dealing with their customer services team.
When I complained about the poor service I was asked to provide photos which was done immediately and told they would get back to me in 1-2 days. A week later I had heard nothing, when I called the company the photos were located immediately but had not be loaded on to my account so nothing had been done.
I was sent an email telling me the cleaners did not have time to complete the tasks despite the fact THEY HAD LEFT EARLY! I was then told I had actually not booked a deep clean, to which I was able to provide evidence stating otherwise.
I have been told on EVERY SINGLE occasion I have spoken to Fantastic service that the cleaners did not have time to complete the job, and the fact the cleaners actually left early seems to mean nothing.
Despite asking on multiple occasions I have been unable to speak to anyone other than the person answering the telephone, I have not been given a postal address to write a formal complaint despite asking on multiple occasions. And on more than one occasion I have not been phoned back as promised and my emails have not been replied to in a timely fashion. I have asked for a 50% refund as I spent 4 hours cleaning up after the cleaners, 2 weeks later I am still waiting….
