Google Bad Review 1: Paid £130 for someone to come round and tell me my vent until the kitchen was broken. Which I already knew.
Said he would find the part and come back to repair, next thing I know a week later go assist closed the case because they couldn’t find the part.
So I’m £130 down and now have to call another company to actually repair the dam thing.
Total waste of time and money

Google Bad Review (2): They are total crooks. Please do not use this company. They got me to sign up for their warranty insurance and initially told me that if I order a new dishwasher that policy will be cancelled immediately. They email me the policy and was given the 14 day option to cancel it. Engineer came out and did not do anything and could not repair the problem. Then I called them out again and they never came again! I ordered a new machine and try to cancel the policy as they initially said if you get a new appliance they will cancel the policy. No total lies!! I try to cancel the policy within 14 days grace period and they took £50 cancellation fee!! PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT FOR THESE FRAUDSTERS!! TOTAL LIARS. Engineers they have are useless and I will never use them again and will advice anyone to use them.
