Google Bad Review 1: Shocking company they placed us 2hrs bus ride from where we wanted to be because i was limted on walking charged us high price for the change of hotel where it was their mistake & they had poor customer service

Google Bad Review (2): First of all I booked a 4 star hotel. Only to be booked into an awful 3 star hotel. So I rang and made it clear I wasn't happy and wanted to change. After paying extra money. They did change me into a different hotel on the understanding it was a 3 star. I said ok let's go with that. After paying all the money and travelled I realised it was a different “type” of hotel and was a 2 star hotel. Feel like I was made a fool of. And I will not be back. Moral of the story is, steer clear of Global Hoppers!!!
