Google Bad Review 1: Would not recommend this horrendous so called “workplace” <-- or shall i say a cleaners yard? All they do is make Support Workers clean, and because the CERTIFIED CLEANER is the management's dearest friend... well lets just say the entire building gets wiped clean by the support workers. These workers do not get enough credit, instead the management hire young people because they are easily bullied! Also, the young people that are hired at this branch all are educated at degree level, but in a recent staff meeting, these workers were directly told that their degrees are pointless!! I can go on forever about this workplace and i was only there since July, and they had terminated my contract in August because of the cleaner. The cleaner acts like Support Workers could trust and confide in her, and collects gossip which then goes to the management's ears. I would give 0 stars if i could! Please avoid putting your loved ones at this branch because clients are not really recovering, instead they are trapped. And how you will know iam telling the truth is because 3 staff members have left this branch all in the space of 3 weeks! Lets have a toast to that shall we management??
