Google Bad Review 1: I never ever complain about these things ever! and this is the first time i am writing a bad review for a business. I am so soo frustrated but i was left with no choice but to write this review as i do not want customers to go to this place and feel disappointed. THIS IS THE WORST nail shop in barking, the staff are so rude and disrespectful, they don't listen to what you want, they have there own way of doing the style you ask for and if you ask to have it fixed they become incredibly rude, i was made to wait for an hour and then they messed up my nail and when i asked for it to be fixed i was told to wait longer, i arrived at the salon at 2.30pm and left at 6.30pm!! , it was by far the WORST nail shop i have been too and will never return again!!.

Google Bad Review (2): Didn't get the design I wanted. Teared my nail cuticles. The gentleman doing my nails was very grumpy and had an attitude when I was deciding what colours to have on my nails. All my nails are different sizes… Didn't even check to see if they were the same length. Didn't have any of the colours I wanted and compared to the design I wanted, I got a whole different design with different colours. All the lines were not even straight and they charged me £25 for a absolute devastating experience as well as a devastating job. Will definitely not be going back there again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone!!
