Google Bad Review 1: Very arrogant and rude receptionist.
Had a good experience with Kiran for eyebrow threading and agreed to book another session and a massage two weeks later. The promised reminder text message and email didn’t come. So I misremembered the day of appointment for Sunday as Saturday. When I came in this morning and checked my appointment with the receptionist, she was so rude and mean, saying “you came the wrong day.”
I then just checked with her the possibility of moving things around as I might have a conflict the next day. She just said, “we will charge you 100%. Whether you want to come, it’s up to you.”
I just can’t imagine a worse way to say things like that. Warning to anyone who doesn’t want to have a heart attack on Saturday morning – think twice whether you want to pay £70 for a service like that

Google Bad Review (2): I went to this Salon for the first time for routh Colour and half head highlights. I asked for blond colourfor highlights but it came out orange and my hair looks much darker than I asked . Then they put some products on my hair to change the colour but it gave me an alergy and my face became red and swollen my hand and my foots as well I was panicking because I didn’t know whats going on … they gave me Antihistamine to stop the allergy … At the end my hair colour wasn’t the colour I asked and after all this they charged me 275 pound !!! They not even apologised ! because of that! For the first time in my life I decided to write a bad review because I’m so disappointed.
