Google Bad Review 1: This man charged us a lot of money but didn’t help us at all. He was never available to answer any telephone calls and would not give us any information about what was happening. It took a long time to even get a mortgage offer from this company.
When we finally did get one it was for nearly 100,000 less than we were originally quoted. Also the day we got the offer from the mortgage lender he invoiced us with his cut of the profits. We didn’t pay the invoice on the day that we received it and the next day he sent us a very rude email to say that the payment was now overdue and he was chasing it and we would face late payment charges if we didn’t pay immediately. We went to his office address and it was a private residence . We were told we were not allowed to speak to lenders and he threatened to stop the mortgage application if we continue to speak to lenders but then with one lender he said we had to speak to them and he would no longer have anything to do with the process. He just kept saying you don’t understand commercial mortgages but never explained the process so we were unable to understand commercial mortgages. Do not rely on this person because he will not be available to answer any of your questions and all he will do is demand money time and stress from you
