Google Bad Review 1: I am very careful with my hair and I do not heat style it and I have never coloured it so have always had very good quality hair and it has always been my best asset. A month ago, I came for a simple trim and blow dry. The lady who cut my hair gave me a blow dry that was so hot it was burning my scalp and she was going over and over my hair, I should have stopped her, but I did not think one blow dry could do that much damage and trusted she knew what she was doing. Within a few days after, I realised the damage was so bad, I had split ends everywhere and my once smooth very shiny hair was now dry and sticking out all over the place and broken. I returned the next week to complain and the manager was very kind and gave me a refund, and an alternative stylist cut out the worst of the damaged ends for free. I am now 2 weeks after that trim and the damage is clearly so extensive the new ends of my hair have already split and I look like I have been electrocuted my hair is so bad. I have to wear my hair in a bun every day now and I am just so distraught, I do not know how far up the hair the damage extends to and I think I am going to have to have it all cut off. I have gone from beautiful hair that reached my mid back, to facing a frizzy damaged bob. I have advised all my friends against going here, I think they do have some good stylists, but do not book with Nina and I hope she does not do what she did to me to anyone else.
