Google Bad Review 1: Customer service starts off realty well, however it took longer than 2 weeks for them to inform me that they cannot make a company account for me, for which reasons weren't stated.
They said I will get a refund for the amount paid as they cannot make a company account.
From the 10th of February to this day, 16th May, I have still not received my refund. I repeat, I still haven't received my refund and it has been over 3 months.
Tried mailing different people and was lead to different members of the team. They all reply to your e-mail once a month only.
Please be careful as they can start off very friendly to attract you to their business, but once you're in they do not care about you, they do not respond on time and treat you unprofessionally.
Would not recommend anyone their service, especially if you are not based in the UK.
You're much better off making your own company which is extremely easy and using banking service such as Wise, Revolut or any other bank of your choice.
Communication is important and GetGround has provided none.
My only purposing for this review is so you don't have to go through the trouble I am facing.
