Google Bad Review 1: The previous tenant sold us a Le Creuset utensils holder worth £30, and left it on the side for us. Get It Cleaned came in, and the utensils holder is no longer here. They say they throw “everything left in the flat away”, but they left another utensils pot, a kitchen roll holder, a draining board, draw organisers and lots of other things in our *furnished* flat. The only thing that was taken was the only valuable thing left in the flat. Get It Cleaned were the only people in the property between the previous tenant and us.
I politely emailed and said I understand if they had taken it thinking it had been left for free, but that I would like it back. I still haven’t had any honesty from them. Things don’t just disappear and it doesn’t sit right with me at all. I would not recommend this company for cleaning unless you will be at the property yourself to make sure nothing is stolen.
I expect they will reply and say there was no pot left but that is simply not true.
The clean was also poor, dust left everywhere and shower not clean.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked this cleaning service even after seeing all the horrifying reviews as I was running out of time and options for the end of tenancy cleaning and when the day of cleaning they showed their true colours. After waiting for 2 long hours, they sent one middle aged lady(earlier they promised a team of cleaning professionals will turn up sharp on time) who can’t speak a common language and seemed mentally unstable. After roaming around the property for a while, she started stuttering that the property is not clean and then frantically left the property. I am in complete shock with the kind of professionalism and responsiveness of this cleaning service and would request you not to waste your precious time or money for this group of scambags. The one star because of no option of negative stars by Google.
