Google Bad Review: Responsive but not great at following up. Trevor and his colleague visited my house promptly (in return for a £50 call-out fee) and I gave them an exhaustive overview of potential mice-ingress points. They then promised a quote which didn’t appear after a few days, which was chased after a week and again didn’t appear, so two weeks on I’ve given up on getting ‘em back. ♂️
