Google Bad Review 1: I have had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Greg Bran. I had a medical need for both septoplasty and turbinate reduction, and while correcting my deviated septum decided to also get rhinoplasty. Although Dr. Bran didn't have a stable practice in London, I decided to go with him because of one recommendation, and Dr. Bran seemed very patient-oriented, turns out to be the complete opposite.
It's been 3 1/2 months since my surgery performed by Dr. Bran; I'm not going to talk about how dishonest, unreliable and irresponsible he is but wanted to share the outcome and his response to that.
Not only could he not achieve anything he said he'd accomplish, but his surgery also caused my nose to tilt to the right side of my face, created dents/creases, my nose tip is misaligned with my philtrum, and I'm still unable to breathe well through my nose; see image attached. I made an official complaint to him, but he denied to look at these issues and told me that he is not going to give me further treatment. He said: ” we are no longer a team because you are complaining about my work, seek help from someone one else.” He never told me any potential adverse outcomes from the surgery, and when we met for my three-months follow up, he lied to my face saying that he never promised that he could achieve anything. He further stated that “I don't tell my patients any potential negative outcome because the list is too long and patients wouldn't understand them anyway.”
Only a little after my in-person complaint, after getting advice from a nurse at the clinic he joined, he sent me a long message trying to clean up his childish and unacceptable behavior, filled with excuses about the outcome rather than taking responsibility and focusing on how he can make it better.
My recommendation to you is only to consider reputable surgeons from the local area who have been in with the same practice for a very long time — not someone who’s just starting to build a practice. Also, someone with hundreds of positive reviews online (not a few), because those surgeons with hundreds of reviews are more likely to be honest, reliable, and take responsibility for the outcome. I deeply regret not choosing a reputable, well-established surgeon in London.
If you have already received surgery, even if Dr. Bran asks you to write a positive review (like he did me), I suggest that you wait until at least three months to post any review, I'm glad that I waited. Further, write everything down in a notebook, everything you discuss with him and what he say because he changes his words later and tries to mansplain everything, claiming that it's your fault for complaining, implying that you have psychological issues for being upset at his poor work.

Google Bad Review (2): Ever felt like you dodged a bullet? Well I certainly do. I’m relieved I was able to witness at first hand, the childish, petulant behaviour of Dr Greg Bran before I entrusted him with my surgery.
The least a patient deserves from their surgeon, is an apology or explanation when they have been mistreated, or the basic minimum of respect, instead what I received was a dismissive, and prickly un-empathetic response several weeks after the incident.
This unprofessional approach and arrogant behaviour made me question if this really was the man I should trust with my procedure. Had there been any complications after surgery, I now have serious reservations whether he would in fact ‘revert to type’.
I have lived and worked in Marylebone for the last 8 years, and this is the first negative Google review I’ve ever felt compelled to write.
