Google Bad Review 1: Over Charging and not giving information why, why should we pay anything without explanation.

Google Bad Review (2): Would give zero if was possible. The staff are rude, they ignore emails and letters but most disgusting is the shameful neglect of the block in which we have a flat. We have had 3-4 property managers in as many years… What impression does that give? Service charges are 100% essential in communal buildings but to not follow H&S recommendations or decorate for 10 years+ is at best poor value, at worst a breach of contract. Ordinarily you would never deal with a bad company again after a bad experience. Every 6mths we pay our service charges but we are contractually tied to this terrible property management company. Be warned if your building is managed by Gateway.
