Google Bad Review 1: Poorest Customer Service I have ever received in my life, incompetent staff that do not follow up on queries and questions. It took me 3 months to get my parking sensors fitted which was promised where I signed the dotted line to buy the car. Incorrect contracts which is not what we agreed. Spare key took 7 months to be ordered and paired to the car. Staff let the phone ring out until closing time (this is when I have been on the phone and also in store). All staff barring 2 show no initiative, say they are going to ask their manager and never get back to you. 0 Business sense, 0 Customer Service Skills and 0 Capability to carry out simple tasks!!

I gave them a second chance to get a problem fixed & was given rude service. Plus unreasonable charges for an issue that was fixed before.
