Google Bad Review 1: Very unhappy with their service. Tried them for the first time to get a lens changed (very easy and simple task). They couldn’t get it done in the end (after more than 2 months). My glasses have been returned in a worse state than before and I wasn’t compensated in the slightest. Will not be going back and definitely do not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): Eye test was ok. But almost 4 weeks later I didn’t have my glasses, and they were still faffing around with my lenses too. Impossible to coral them into organising follow up appointment to check my new lens prescription. If I hadn’t called to check I don’t know if they’d have let me know my glasses lenses were ready. But it took over 2 weeks to arrange drop off/collection of my frames to fit the new lenses. In fact, I’m still waiting. No proactive attempt to offer appointments or share when the opticians were available. Terrible organisation and non-existant customer service. Don’t waste your time. Go next door to specs savers.
